Very happy with my recent experience with PhotobookShop. I did two large orders of a family history book that I'd created for family, and Erin couldn't have been more helpful. She is swift to respond to emails, prompt to answer questions and nothing was too much trouble. The finished product looks absolutely brilliant and will become a family heirloom to pass on to future generations for many branches of my family. Very happy!
I did an album of my grandkid's birthdays. It was easy to put together as I had the pictures sorted out. When the album arrived I was thrilled with the product. So beautiful. Felt very happy to see it. The quality of the paper and pictures were great. Thank you Photobookshop for the wonderful service and product.
The only online photo service I use and trust. easy to use system, plenty of templates to choose from, high quality prints, and pro lay flat photobooks. timely delivery.
Once again Photobookshop have done exactly as requested - Erin Magbanua was super helpful in getting a bulk order of my books ready - they are beautiful as always - ready for my fundraiser.
Take far too long to print orders. And the customer service I received was nothing short of appalling. I would prefer to pay a little extra and have items goods printed & shipped in a timely manner
18/04 UPDATED: I did tried block pop-ups on my pc browser but it still pop-up. See the attached screenshots. It is not a browser pop-up. It is a malicious pop-up. Also, i don't want to block other legal pop-ups except those from photobookshop. Stay away from this website. I ordered one service from their website years ago and that's where the nightmare started. They kept on pushing unauthorized pop-up ads to my computer every now and then. I have to click on the ad otherwise it won't disappear. Terrible harassment for the past 2-3 years, and it is really annoying as would appear anytime when you are working. I had to search on internet so many times but could not get rid of it. Stay away from their website and keep your pc safe.
Very high quality, fit and finish. If you have any photos you want to physically hold go with them. Bought a pro layflat photobook from Photobook shop and the printing was beyond what I expected. Prints were contrasty, colours were accurate and with no loss in detail from the original. Paper has a high quality, thick feel which makes it known that you are holding onto something solid. Would recommend to anyone wanting quality prints
