These guys are amazing. Tyson left no stone unturned trying to help me figure out what was wrong with my blaster even though I didn't even buy it from them, which is absolutely unheard of. the people I did buy it from were quick to shove me out the door with an arm full of "maybe this will work" purchases and no real help. Good, honest, professional advice and amazing customer service. The blaster now works and I will be going back for any future purchases or help, highly rate and reccomend.

Received my blaster with a bent barrel and sent email straight away, was told by Tyson to send it back for a replacement blaster, which I did straight away at my own expense. Just to have the same blaster sent back to me 2 weeks later. Very disappointed with this service and am now left with a 400 blaster which doesn't shoot anywhere near straight. Given excuses like its the gels im using so I used their gels and same problem they just won't own up to the fact they sent me a dodgy product and I'm feeling ripped off and lied to. The barrel is obviously bent and the inside of the barrel has obvious gouging which is shredding my gels.I have way cheaper blasters which are 100% better than this pos. Thanks for nothing renegade blasters this was supposed to be my Christmas present to myself so yeah I won't be recommending you to anyone. - edit, how do you explain this damage inside my barrel then? Why couldn't you replace my barrel on my 400 toy? It might be a toy but its hard earned money you are playing with.

Wonderful friendly service with very knowledgeable and friendly people. I've never had any issues with them nor any blasters and other equipment. I can't recommend them enough.
Really helpful staff, informative and friendly. Bought some basic automatic hand gel blaster guns for my son and nephew. The staff let me try out a few and explained how to use them as I'm a complete novice. Super keen to get these teenages out of the house and try out these new toys.

Drove all the way from Pimpama to purchase a item from them. When arriving there I noticed the item was damaged. Wasted my time and travel for nothing. REPLY- I was told by your staff that this vacuum was used for the business and you had upgraded. So looks to me was a business related matter, especially when I was in your business store and was talking to your staff. She or you didn't come out to talk to me about this vacuum, pretty rude if you ask me. I will not delete this add as you should have given a better description on your add and I was happy to offer lower for the damaged vacuum which you refused. On top of that I had Alycia call me a d!ck.....
