Chlorine Discounters is the best Pool Shop and Factory Outlet in Sydney! Their services are fast and efficient, their products are the best quality in Australia and all their staff are very polite and friendly. Their advice and assistance is second to none and they have always had my pool looking amazing after I have come for advice. They will test and sample your water chemically for free and provide you with exactly the chemicals needed for the job and other tips. Their staff are on hand, no matter what the problem to help always. They have sold me parts and equipment too over the last 33 years and I have never once had an issue with their products. I am very proud to say I have been one of their longest customers and I encourage all my friends with pools to come for help and advice. They are cheap and deliver all over the city which makes it easier for everyone to have access to professional quality pool products and advice. I know Chlorine Discounters sell to all the pool shops, Public and Private Pools and Schools in Sydney and so I come to their factory outlet for bargains on expensive pool accessories. I will never shop anywhere else for my pool and you too should give them a try! You won’t be disappointed !

Had many unpleasant experiences being in contact with the people that work here. I found that over all the employees of this company had a negative demeanour. I have a few suppliers and all my other suppliers are really good, polite and happy to help out compared to chlorine discounters horrible customer service. If their prices are really discounted, you would be better off paying the extra for better service. Plus they have horrible accounting, they lost payment records and had me retracing payments from 2 years prior because of their incompetent staff. Wouldn't recommend to anyone needing a new supplier or starting up a new bussiness.
I’ve been a customer for eight years and these guys will have to be the only honest pool product suppliers, always happy to help and it’s never a big deal.
Lot needs to be done to improve customer service. I called the store and spoke to Sue to check pricing/quantity/concentration before heading down as I live 20km away and they wudnt confirm if the salt can be delivered as the bags are heavy so depends on the truck on the day. Their containers are 15L whereas some other retailers are 20L. I was told by Sue that to the extent the container is black for HCL its all good. When i reached the guy there refused to take it said we cant. When i mentioned about my conversation with Sue - said she doesnt knows Well if she doesnt knows then she shouldnt be the one chatting to customers. While I was having the conversation with this guy, another guy must be their boss barged in and was pretty rude. Such a disappointing FIRST experience !!
