The kids love this beach and od have to say they had a ball. They got to play on the rocks before the tide came in. Me it's on my bottom of the list as fav beaches in newcastle. Maybe being caught in a sand storm when I was 10. Could slightly influence that plus the blue bottles.

Great family beach with a lovely cafe. Lots of free parking. Nice shady boardwalk in the dunes and a kids playground and park with BBQ close by.
Golden sands, good facilities, good parking. It's a fantastic place for a day at the beach. As always prepare to take your rubbish with you and keep these treasures as clean as possible.
Went to Red Head Beach for SLSA State titles. Well run beach, good parking, good facilities. SWIM BETWEEN THE FLAGS!!!
Redhead Surf life Saving Club is a great club to become involved in. All Families are welcome.
