I bought my Fonzarelli bike in Feb 2020 and have had nothing but joy from both the bike and my interactions with the Fonzarelli crew. The bike is beautifully designed and built, with a sleek European-feel scooter style along with the quiet yet powerful electric motor. My Arthur 2 with power upgrade has a comfortable top speed just over 70km/hr and easily accommodates my city commute with only weekly charges required. It is very comfortable to ride with the designers of the bike clearly thinking through the ergonomics of the seat and handle bars, along with the great handling capacity of the bike itself. The Fonzarelli crew have been incredibly approachable and supportive, patiently answering all my newbie-scooter driver questions and responding quickly when i've needed assistance. I am so proud to be a Fonzarelli owner, and absolutely love every minute I can get riding my beautiful bike around the streets of Sydney.
I used to ride petrol bikes for many years but when I found out that an Australian company Fonzarelli build electric bikes I bought the S1 in January 2019. Riding the S1 was so much fun compared to petrol bikes I decided to upgrade to the more powerful X1 which was delivered to me in August 2020. If S1 was good the X1 is even better. So well built and so beautifully designed. Designed for riding within city limits the top speed is 90 km/hr so if you don't need to go on freeways for long distance I will recommend the X1 to you with no reservations. I am so pleased that we can buy locally built quality bikes without having to buy imported bikes from overseas. I wish Fonzarelli success in selling more electric bikes in Australia and eventually overseas.
Friendly staff and cheerful atmosphere. I was coming up to upgrading my bike, so out of curiosity I decided to step inside for a look. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Christina, who was not only friendly but also knew everything there was to know about their electric bikes. I was allowed to test ride their Fonzarelli NKD bike and it was a thrilling experience. When it's time for me to go down the path of an electric bike, I know where to go.
I love my wife's Fonzarelli and wish I had have bought one too. Instead i bought a different type of motorbike and am now wanting to sell it. The service at Fonzarelli is also excellent, they are super friendly but at the end of the day, it's their scooters, they are just brilliant.
My Wife and I live in Newcastle. In April 2018, we took possession of 2 Fonzarelli's. We use them to get around town together and especially to the Beach for morning swims in the summer. At home, they sit nicely in our garage - no space, no mess, no smells, no fuss. We love our Fonzarelli's - they have become a fun, low cost way of getting around town. We cannot believe how zippy they are. They have become ingrained in the way we go out and do things.
I’ve been a Fonz owner for 4 years now and Ive absolutely loved the move I made to electric. It’s easy, and simple to charge, economical and at the same time it helps me reduce my carbon footprint. I’m about to trade in my FZ and can’t decide between the new Arthur 3 or the NKD they quality and enhancements to the new models in just 4 years are making it so hard to choose! Either way I’m excited to continue riding electric and being part of the Fonz familia!
