Amazing staff. I was booked in for an MRI scan today and had to get a Cannula inserted into my arm for the contrast dye. Unfortunately (at no fault of the staff) that triggered a Vasovagal Syncope episode. Basically I fainted. And awoke laying on a hospital-like bed. With Doctors and nurses surrounding me, making sure I was okay. Thank you! Aside from that. The scan went well and had no other issues.

I used QSCAN for many years, I tried to book a cortisone injection for my shoulder and was told that as a pensioner now I will have to pay. The fee was more then half my pension. Really a shame. Now I have to look elsewhere for X-rays and injections.

Received a call from Linda to advise that the appointment Is booked WEEKS ago would need to be changed. I’ve booked my entire schedule of Saturday’s around having my MRI and despite telling her I was unavailable the week before she kept asking me to reschedule to that date. When I expressed my concerns about the fact my appointment has been booked weeks ago she offered for me to leave it on the date I’d booked it for. At a little bit of a loss as to why she would call and tell me it’s not available then backflip and change her mind to say I can keep it at the end of the call. This time of year is stressful enough without this kinda drama on top of it.

Was referred by my "orthopod" for bilateral knee MRI's. Was called the next day by Michael to schedule an appointment & he took on board that I have a 2hr drive down the notorious Bruce Highway. He called me back the next day with two proposals for a Sunday 13th appt at 09:15 which meant less traffic & that the films would get to my "orthopod" before my appointment on 16th. Arrived early & one has to ring for the door to open, except the sign says after 6pm & it was 08:55 ? Need a facemask during the whole process which is fair enough. Anyhow, from then on all went well with no delays & I was finished just after 10am. That gave me time to visit Morgans in Scarborough for oysters etc before heading back in time for lunch. Could not be more efficient & very helpful receptionist so, cannot understand negative reports.

Called two days in a row to make an appointment for my wife at either Redcliffe or Aspley. Gave up after 25 mins waiting to make a booking each day. Called another provider and all done in 10 mins. For a large organisation spouting how IT savvy they are in the hold music a pretty pathetic effort!
