We purchased two specialised chairs about 4000 plus in total, after about twenty hours of sitting in one particularly my husband identified major problems with them . Morton medical kindly returned his old chair, took the two chairs away and politely suggested we go elsewhere to purchase more chairs,!!! On my way home from back surgery I purchased a pick up stick and paid 35 for a plastic one and saw a similar One in the discount store for 5. Also it's extremely difficult for a disabled person like my husband to access. Will never go back there again.

After a torrid year of searching in disability showrooms, getting nowhere, Jenny and Joe and the team at Moreton Medical changed our despair to JOY. Knowledge and service, as well as immense passion, are 10/10. I have been to every outlet in greater Brisbane. They are seasoned professionals. These guys are the best in the market; an outstanding business.

The staff could have not been more helpful. From the moment I rang to query about hiring a wheelchair, the staff member was pleasant, courteous, and found the wheelchair for me and put my name on it until I could collect. On arriving in shop the assistant was helpful and friendly, showed us how the wheelchair worked and then carried it out to the car for us. Could not fault service in anyway.
Have bought several items over the years for my elderly parents, service is excelent, staff are very friendly & helpful, I recently purchased the Avante adjustable bed for my wife who suffers from long term health issues, it's made such a difference to her quality of sleep, Joe & Jenny always go the extra mile for theor customers.
Ordered crutches and they were delivered within an hour. Very good service.
I perform the bookkeeping for this business and in this role I've seen 'behind the scenes' and am amazed at the efforts the staff go to, to ensure that customers receive all the product information and ensure that the product selected by the client is absolutely the best fit for them. It's the good old fashioned service, where they go the extra mile.
My shoulder surgery was rescheduled for a Saturday due to a cancellation and thanks to Moreton Medical Equipment I was able to get my shoulder sling for recovery. One of the staff members delivered it to my home that afternoon. All the staff are wonderful. Thank you so much for your service.
