Ethan is friendly, helpful, professional and efficient - a pleasure to deal with. One of my 'hats' is customer service consulting and training, so I know what to look for.

So first time I went in I spoke to Cam, who was so warm and welcoming had a really personal touch in his work, he cared about me as a customer and how he could help. I was just seeking advice and really appreciated what he was telling me. The second time I went in I got greeted but Jaiden, he was lovely, helped me out with finally getting internet sorted and listened to my every question and answered with ease or looked up what he wasn't sure on. Even got me a deal on my internet bill and helped me with the points I had accumulated to my account to have a mini Google system. He even gave me his number for incase I had other enquiries or concerns and always got a response and when he wasn't in another team member would always chase it down to make sure my needs were met. They are a great staff however I am having issues with them currently with not answering phone calls and not getting back to me after multiple days, of that I am not ok with which is why only the 4 stars otherwise most of your team is amazing and always friendly and happy to help and for that I cannot thank them enough.

Just try and get your phone unlocked .... 2 weeks they say.. Have been on a 105 per month plan for years... same phone usage twice as much data 40 per month... same network ALDI YE HA im off 2 aldi its a freehold not a pre paid
