My wife and I went to Rays today to purchase a beach rod and reel for an upcoming holiday on the coast on finding a suitable combo set price at 49.95, the bar code on the rod which had a black line across the code, the price ticket on the rod was 49.95 was also crossed out by pen, the female cashier said it was the wrong priced and marked it up 69.95, when questioned why she said that the 49.95 was a sale price the price was now 69.95, I was tempted to force the issue but when she said that's how we do it, as her tone was not very pleasing I left it there. IF I shop there again I will give her a very wide birth and I am considering whether I still want to be a privilege member.
