Purchased my Nissan Patrol from dealership and the advice and sales process from Ebony and Rob was fantastic. Very knowledgeable team and questions I had were addressed and answered easily. I have dealt with a lot of car sales people over the years with varied degrees of help and professionalism, these guys I rate up there with the best I have interacted with. My questions and queries after initial purchase have also been handled well and solved my problems. Very professional and courteous and I would not hesitate to purchase from again if the need arises.

Shane and Joshuah at western Nissan were a pleasure to deal with. Honest and respectful. I highly recommend this dealership. Unfortunatley I didn't follow though with my purchase but that was not at all related to the service I received. If you are looking for a dealership that will really work hard to provide great service., use western Nissan.
We had the pleasure of dealing with Syed and Kuntal. We were quiet budget conscious and overwhelmed at the selection of vehicles available to us. As we knew exactly what we wanted but it wasn't within our budget range. If it wasn't for the help of Syed and Kuntal we truly would have not got the car we wanted. KUDOS BOYS!! Thank you to these lovely gentlemens *sings* 'we are cruising down the street in my 6'4' lol. Brought my first car off Josh. He made it so easy! Down to earth guy, always asked if I had any question, any concerns. Business was done all over the phone and the delivery was within 24 hours! So happy with car! Will most likely do business again!
Anh and Rob were fantastic in assisting us to buy our new car, they answered our many questions and were very helpful in all aspects of the sale. They were very knowledgeable on safety features of the car which was our main priority for our family. We were very happy with the service received and we are loving our new X-trail.

Despite a few hurdles outside her control, Anh at Western Nissan was great. She kept us up to date as things progressed & looked after her customer (us!) all the way through. Not only that, Rob negotiated fairly and gave us a good deal. Recommended.
