very poor quality . I bought 10kg pillsbury atta from this store on 14/4/21 and its all full of bugs/live insects . Fathima from the shop was very humble and took the complaint very positively and offered the return. Good customer service

so quick and effective. Fatimah is great. She communicates so well that you don't need to worry about our order, refund or anything. Few of my products were missing and refund was given with couple of days.

My experience is horrible! The website does not reflect the stock they have, they sell you goods they don't have in stock.They promise a delivery time of 1-3 days which is a lie. I waited for 3 days and called them on the 4th day, they weren't even aware that I had an order. I'm told they will deliver "tomorrow". This didn't happen, I called them on th 7th day again. This time I'm told they don't have the stock for an item and they were waiting for the stock. They didn't even bother letting me know. I got that item cancelled and I'm again told that they will deliver "tomorrow". This is the 8th day (which is the second tomorrow I'm promised) and I still didn't receive anything.

Went in yr ago asked for oils i know they stock asked male staff if had any was no help rude as if didnt care if sold anything or not the lady that worked there was very helpful few days earlier has changed name now but wont go back

Very poor customer service , I bought milk shake for my daughter , when starts drinking it stinks very badly and went back to return this to the girl on counter was showing to much attitude and said I am not responsible , I am not representing this shop , only supplier or owner , I am just an employee . The thing is when you wear uniform of some company to represents that company, you should listen the customer nice and politely .
