The male that served us today showed no respect for crystals at all. Had no idea what he was doing. After touching them continuously he just walked off and got some other guy. Didn’t say a word just went out the back!!! He broke the pouch I purchased to put them in, I told him 3 times not to put 2 of the crystals in a plastic bag( which he put inside the pouch I purchased) and just ignored me. My 10 year old knows how more!!!!!

It's okay. The store has lots of crystal at okay prices. Not sure of the quality of the crystals. I think a lot of other shops come and buy their crystal here so would be cheaper then most other places.
My one stop shop for crystals! Extensive range, amazing quality, passionate staff! I have placed two orders with them now and don't have a single complaint aside from wishing they were closer to home! My order arrived quickly, everything was carefully packaged to avoid breakages and their website is easy to navigate! I am extremely excited to visit the showroom when I travel down to Victoria!
It was my first time ordering from AUS Crystals, and I will be definitely be a regular customer. I checked out with click and collect and the next day they had my order ready to be picked up. My order came with cards describing the qualities of the crystals i ordered, and they were packaged in a fabric bag. I am so happy with the customer service, the woman at the front was so polite. Thank you for being awesome!!
