I was very impressed with the nice lady at randwick, my wife and I always have trouble with other nurses taking our blood, they usually have 3 goes at it. But the nurse at randwick is fantastic and gets it first go. Plus she's very polite and gentle. THANK YOU

I went to the SEALS office located on Level 7 of POWP for a glucose tolerance test. The service was outstanding (prompt, friendly, professional, caring) and the chair was so comfy! The 2 hours needed for the test passed really quickly. Worlds away from the experience I had when I did the same test at DHM at Kingsford.

I received an invoice by mail on the 27/10 and on 8/11 received a text message threatening to send the invoice to an external collection agency if i did not pay immediately. I called them and they told me they had sent me two prior messages which was not true. This is bullying of the worst kind. that a business can affect your credit rating on a whim without ramification is scary and unacceptable. Treat people like human beings not numbers.
