The team at Alana have been amazing. I can't thank my gynaecologist for her validating, compassionate care. Before seeing her I had been dismissed by doctors, and other gynaes that my chronic pain and other symptoms could be endo. Having a diagnosis, and expert care and surgery has been life changing. The entire team from receptionists to physios have been great.

Highly recommend Alana Healthcare. Initially being treated by Dr Neetika who is brilliant at what she does, we were then referred to Ruth Schubert (physio) who is warm, comforting and empathetic. Ruth has gone out of her way at various times for my grandmother and we’re so grateful to be one of her patients. Thank you Ruth!
Thanks to Dr Neetika, she knows what's she doing. She is professional and very kind. At the reception the girls are very nice too. Good team !
I’ve been coming to Alana Healthcare for years now and not once have I had a negative experience. Dr Minke is so thorough, caring and knowledgeable - not to mention speedy with results! Overall such a lovely clinic - highly recommended ️
I had Dr Burke for my delivery and would highly recommend all of the team at Alana Healthcare. Dr Burke was very warm and made you feel 100% at ease and confident in her abilities through the entire time, especially the birth. I ended up needing an emergency caesar and I can say I would have felt safe in the hands of either Dr Erin or Dr Mishra if Dr Burke wasn't there. My dealings with any of these three amazing doctors was always a positive one. They were all so kind and fabulous and would definitely use them again. Also very much appreciated the daily visits in the hospital, the care even after I was discharged, the reception staff were always a pleasure to deal with, and also Dr Erin was so great when I had to call the on call doctor during pregnancy. She came to the hospital and didn't make me feel silly for calling and was very thorough in making sure that I was ok. Cannot thank them all enough!
Alana Healthcare are fantastic. Minke, Erin and Nitika and the reception team are A1. Cannot fault anything. Thank you Minke for delivering my gorgeous little girl, your warm nature made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.
Terrible experience, I experienced medical negligence some doctors these days are careless it scary. I had surgery and what was promised to be done was not, it was a waste of surgery and I got more scar tissues for unnecessary too much surgeries ... Assoc Prof Abbott failed to advise of certain problems which was noticed by another doctor due to that i lost **** and suffered guys don't waste your time or put yourselves at such high risk during what should be a sensitive important beautiful time see someone who is good smart and caring! 10 years of experience in medical I would not recommend associate prof Jason Abbott. The receptionist Kara is rude and if you have surgery post op is terrible if there is complications they ignore you.
The practitioners and staff at Alana Healthcare are professional, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, experienced and extremely skilled. It has been very refreshing to be treated with respect and dignity. *The parking across the road is also very helpful!!
