Finally a developer listening to the needs of local buyers and building an up market security gated estate. The Ipswich area is growing and maturing as more and more people are moving to the area and it's nice to see this type of project now becoming available. I was fortunate to be shown through by one of the salespeople and genuinely believe this project help with the value of my property in the area.

Be careful and check for mining subsidence in the area as I own a property across the road and this development is causing damage and the developers don't care. Have also emailed the owner of the land a Mr Badolotti and he does not care. If you buy in this estate give it a few years for the cracks to appear.
