Extremely disappointed in the service provided by ARD. Outlandish time taken to do jobs and the fees were exorbitant. Little or no communication given and workmanship was poor considering time taken and fees charged. Never ever again .
Took my 22ft tandem caravan in with a broken spring and in desperate need of a wheel alignment. Alan inspected the caravan, diagnosed the problem straight away. Gave md a price and had a full set of heavy-duty springs in stock. Took it back 8.30am the following day and by 1.30pm was back on the road and enjoying my holiday again. Thanks Alan great job. I highly recommend these guys. My van tows like a dream again. Thanks again.
Standard wheel alignment on Ford Transit van. No parts required and non digital equipment used. Total time just over half an hour and a bill of 220.00!! Sorry but you'll only ever take me once. Look elsewhere for a reasonable cost. i,e, 80.00 to 100.00.
Took my f250 to Alan today for a wheel alignment, good service and at the right price. Maybe he doesn't yous any digital equipment but does a spot on job.
We had been to 2 different places on the mainland to fix our steering/ wheel alignment issue. We were told there was no more adjustment possible and would have to put up with the motorhome pulling to left and scrubbing out tyres. We heard about Alan at ARD, rang him and he seemed to know what he was talking about. We took the motorhome to the workshop in Quoiba today and a hour and a half later we drove it home with absolute pleasure. Great job and thank you very much! .
