The overall experience was pleasant and I'd be inclined to return. Ordered a meat platter for two. The platter was a good size with plenty of food for two people. Dips where fresh with good texture and flavors. Served with lovely soft fresh Turkish bread. The meat dishes were very delicious and cooked to a decent standard. Unfortunately the only thing which let the meal down was the over cooked rice. So far this is the best Turkish restaurant that I've found in Canberra.

Great value yummy lunch box for 13.50 with bread, dip, salad, skewer and rice with sauce. Ready in c10mins from order. Friendly, prompt service. Only critique - lamb skewer a little chewy but flavour counteracts! Reminds me of the homecooking I experienced living and working in Turkey.

Staff were friendly. It's one of the most expensive Turkish restaurants we've been to, even though the decore represents something much more simple. 25 for a pide! There is an option on the menu in the dips section for a selection of dips. Servings are small & large. Then we discovered the most unusual thing. You can't choose the dips you want. Well sort of. There were five of us (2 adults & 3 kids). We needed the large size and there were dips the kids weren't keen on. We asked if we could just select 3 dips instead of 6 - no that's not possible. You HAVE to have all 6 which they will choose for you. So very, very odd. The rest of the food was pretty good that is until our salad arrived, which came out 20 mins after we'd eaten all our mains. There was so much salt it was grinding on our teeth. The taste lingered for some time. You know(as the cook) when you've had an accident like tha -- it simply shouldn't have made it to our table. We really couldn't eat it and we tried. To be fair to them when we complained they immediately agreed to take it off the bill.

A hidden gem in Queanbeyan! The aroma & taste of freshly baked bread with the dips are a winning combination. A must try are the mixed entree; lamb & chicken kebabs; and mixed sweets (Turkish delight is divine) ️

Outstanding traditional Turkish meals including kebabs, zucchini balls, delicious large pides, just to name a few. Plus beautiful Turkish bread, with Beetroot, hummus and eggplant dips. Great friendly and welcoming staff, and kids very welcome. Definitely 5 star food and service. All at affordable prices.
