My nephew loves Crestwood Early learning centre! He has progressed through the different stages and has loved each of his educators. When I picked him up for the first time, I was greeted warmly by the Center Manager and helped by her to find my nephews room to sign him out. It was nice to feel so welcomed!

I would highly recommend this daycare. All of the staff are wonderful and so welcoming. Always a smiling face at the front desk and a lovely hello when I walk through the door to drop off or pick up my daughter. The lead educator in preschool is amazing, my daughter looks up to her. Every time she comes home from daycare she is always talking about her and copying what she has seen in class. Such a wonderful centre.
We are very happy to send our daughter here. The educators are genuinely caring, treat our daughter as an individual and provide excellent communication face to face and online. We love the online daily communications, it is lovely to see our daughter learn and grow in such a compassionate and thoughtful environment. It is very reassuring knowing how well she is looked after and it has been very special to see her confidence and social skills grow at this wonderful centre. We feel very lucky to be "part of the family" and I only wish my daughter ate as well at home as she does with all the yummy meals here!
Our son has been attending this daycare for almost 5 years and there’s a reason he’s still there - because it’s the best daycare in Queanbeyan. The staff actually care about the children which is obvious when your children talk about their teachers at home. I have no hesitation recommending this daycare to anyone looking to send their child to a daycare where their child will not only be properly cared for but will be fed a rotating menu of healthy food and have fun.
After visiting every child care centre in Queanbeyan I decided to place my 8 month old daughter at Crestwood World of Learning and have never looked back. As I’m sure most parents do, I had a lot of anxiety leaving my baby for the first time while I returned to work but the way the staff/educators made us feel welcome was amazing. It’s a delight dropping my little girl off everyday and not having to worry about a thing, everyone is super friendly and I love being able to chat to the educators about the day my daughter had when I return to pick her up. They care for the children like they would their own and I’m so grateful to have found such an amazing place for my daughter (and future children) to grow, learn and experience new things everyday.
Wonderful centre and staff. Especially management, they are always helpful and will always go out of their way to ensure us parents are ok and our needs are met. Absolutely recommend this centre!
Both my boys attend here. My oldest has been there since he was 11 months old and is now 4 and my youngest has been going since he was 7 weeks old and is now 16 months. They are all amazing with my boys and they have both developed some wonderful bonds with the staff. I feel very comfortable with being able to discuss the development of my children.
Spoke with the Centre Manager, attended a tour of the centre where I was verbally advised that she would be able to provide the full time availability that I required for my 2 children. After chasing her for weeks because she managed to email the wrong email address despite me writing it down for her and her communicating with me via the same email address, she advised on more than one occasion that she had provided the enrolment link which I never received. She advised after an early email that she would need to confirm availability. After weeks of trying to get answers directly from her, I contacted the 1800 number, only to be connected to the Manager for her to now advise me that she is unable to offer the availability that I require. It is not only incredibly furstrating to spend so much time chasing someone because of their own failure to communicate effectively. But the fact that she could not accurately advise on the availability in our first interaction nor in the subsequent weeks that followed actually results in loss of income for my family as we were waiting on enrolment at this centre based on her advice that the availability required was possible. I am beyond angry that I have spent weeks chasing her to have this be the outcome when I could have better spent my time searching for alternate centres that can actually provide my required availability and thus the process would not have caused a loss of income for the days I am currently without childcare.
