I would go to fish market to enjoy my meal and my beautiful day with my family. End up with this very rude customer service by the juice bar counter and the payment station in side the store. I was paying by card and they charge me different price and end up was my fault. WHAT????? Please please training your staff and handle the payment properly. I know your store need extra money but please don't do like this way. Training your staff in good service hospitality and manner, your shop will great. Forget to mention, asked a spoon for runny acai bowl, guess what you get, the lady in counter shout to you "here....here...here" with arrogant. WHAT???? Never ever come back and please avoid this place, i would give 0 star, but no option. Good luck Note : Joshua from the retail operation department send me email and do apologies for the matter. Thank you for the quick respond.

Tried strawberry with chocolate, which was okay. Customer service is really poor at this place.

Rude customer service at the juice bar, fruit was bland with no flavour. Would not recommend.

Got an expired juice and told it was my fault as I picked the one from the front.

Pricier than your typical Woolies or Coles, but that's to be expected! You're at a destination that sees a high influx of tourists. Considering this, the pricing is fairly reasonable and they have a lovely range of sweet treats (if perhaps you're peculiarly not in the mood for fish and chips). Pretty convenient.

Top produce at its best.

Terrible customer service that doesnt even know about their own products. No smile but all grumpy greet to the customer. She sells 18hits of vitamin c for 10/L which actually 8/L orange juice. And she said they both are the same thing when we asked for clarification. Totally a turned off.

Fruit was fresh, but the lady who served me at the juice bar, some Thai lady was extremely rude, felt sorry for her, she must be very unhappy to be treating others the way she did.
