Had a such an easy and great experience dealing with the team @ Infiniti! They supplied and installed our new phone system for our family run business over to NBN and it was all done at the highest efficiency and professionalism. The phones were up and running in no time and I kept checking to see if it's still working as it felt too good to be true, but the changeover was seamless! It is hard to find such good service in this day and age and I would easily recommend them! Thanks again Infiniti and I look forward to future dealings!

Well these guys are great and rock , after a long week trying to get Telstra Business centre to fix a system that we purchased from them we had no luck loosing 10k a day with a system that didn't work , I made a call to Infiniti Telecommunications last Thursday (7th of feb) and Garath organised a quote while we were talking and had full new system installed today (12th of feb) by Shane , its NBN ready and he explained everything set up the computer for any changes we needed and its a outright buy not like the deal we received from Telstra business . Do your self a favour if you are a small Business owner call these guys they are the best after 25 years with Telstra I am very disappointed in there Business Centres you would think a Business centre would look after a Business but they don't .

I had been dealing with a number of companies in the telephony space and frankly I was put off but the very sales orientated approach they all had. After seeing an ad on Facebook I decided to look into Infiniti and from that first call I was blown away with their approach. on the sales call Richard truly consulted with me in an expert fashion. On handing over to the installation process this was handled by fantastically by Matt. Finally the actual installation with Shane was seamless. Any business in any industry should take heed of Infiniti's lead!
