Cleaning Ease carried out a 'deep clean' of our house as we prepared it for the market to sell. We were really happy with the promptness of the team and the overall flexibility to tailor a clean to our needs. We were really happy with the end result as well.
On a Friday night, I booked cleaners to come at 8 on Sunday morning as I had people coming over at 12 on that day and an extremely busy schedule that prevented me from cleaning the house myself. I felt relieved at having one less thing to do on my schedule. On Saturday afternoon, whilst I was in the middle of an appointment, I received a message saying that their system had malfunctioned and showed me a time which was not actually available, and that they weren't able to send cleaners until 2:30 on Sunday. I had to scramble to book a different cleaning service (which I was unable to do at such late notice). Ended up being so stressful, even though the whole reason I'd tried to book the cleaners was to make a really intense weekend just a little less stressful. Ultimately I had to wake up really early on Sunday morning and clean the house myself as quickly as I could so that I had enough time to cook for the guests who were coming later given that I had appointments scheduled from 9 until 12. Really unprofessional and I'll never try to use them again.
