My EP Daniel has been extraordinary and has kept me really motivated, focused and has also been so encouraging and supportive throughout this process. I am super grateful to have made such progress in such a short time, improving my strength, walking and my fatigue levels. My experience with Daniel Arciuli has been very, very positive. I met Daniel in my quest to improve my physical wellbeing following a total hip replacement. We've tackled upper body fitness, lower body fitness, diet and nutrition, plus a few "off topic" areas such as movies, comedy, Daniel's inability (at first) to get my jokes etc, but that's also improving.

I have been lucky enough to find Longevity to help me get into a regular exercise routine and to tackle my mobility, balance and strength issues that have arisen due to having had multiple sclerosis for over 20 years. I am a 42 year old female who still works full time and has a young child. The team at Longevity are all fantastic. I have been working with Susannah Mah-Chut who is empathetic, encouraging and always good to chat with. My Longevity sessions are enjoyable and deliver the perfect combination of challenge, understanding and fun. I also really value Susannah's ability to explain the science behind movement goals and why I find certain exercises more difficult than others. This allows me to understand why something is happening or not happening with my body and knowledge is power. I've noticed significant improvement in how I feel physically and mentally since I began going to Longevity 3 months ago.

My son has been working with Stephanie at Lindfield for the last few months. He had put on over 45kg over the period of a year and was on the verge of being diabetic. He was quite down and did not like to exercise. His fitness, strength and co-ordination were also very poor. Stephanie has literally changed his life. From the minute he walks in that door and sees her, his face lights up. He now looks forward to exercising and his sessions with Steph. He pushes himself beyond what I thought was possible. She encourages him with various challenges which he rises to. Combined with diet, he has lost weight, body fat and built muscle. His body shape is changing and he is so much fitter and stronger than he ever was. Most of all, he is so much happier. She is very encouraging and motivating. She has built such a good rapport with him. As a result, he now tries different foods (watching what he eats), got a new haircut, and has gone shopping for better training shoes. I am one proud and happy mum, thanks to Steph.
