I refer this complain in regards to chat at nextdoor and phone follow up. The company never called for postpone of their own appointment and call. Kept me waited for call four times during the period of about 3 weeks and then finally answered that the order out of stock. Everytime I had to initiated the follow up for not inspecting the property without any notification.

My mother rang to book a job, was told it all needed to done by text. Via text I booked an appointment for Saturday between 9-11. At 11.30 I text to ask if they were still coming. Silence. Will never book again.
