Terrible customer service by Chetanya at the counter. Went there for gas refill. Initially he asked me to wait for half an hour because he was busy. I understood the situation and agreed to wait. However after 15 minutes he came to me and refused to serve. I asked his manager number but he deliberately gave me a wrong number and told me that he don’t refill gas after 8 pm and behave very rudely with me. This is an unacceptable behaviours. Chetanya must learn some customer serving skills.

Really good fuel prices
Tried filling up the other evening and found out, after i had filled up, that i couldnt pay by card. After trying three different cards and both machines i was made to feel like i had to find a solution to this mess. The next customers cards didnt work either, surprise, surprise. The assistant had no idea what was going on and offered no suggestion. The atm in the shop almost ate the other customers card, so i wasnt goung to use that to get cash out!! I had to drive down the road and to find a working atm and then drive back again. I had wasted over 20mins of my time trying to find away to pay for the fuel and all i got was a weak smile and sorry. Not good enough. Last time i fill up here.
