Today 13/04/2021 I went to this government office and I gave them a valid reason for something and asked to waive off my late payment fee, but they said it’s not a valid reason. I submitted all the documents and even tough they said it’s not valid. They just want to get money out from the people.

First time having moved interstate and having to go through the transfer of licences, quick process and consultant was both friendly and informative.

Staffs need to be trained properly. If they don't want to smile then don't. Fake smiles, bad behaviours, bad attitudes and very rude as well - not all the staffs by the way. Please read all other bad reviews and look into it. Nevermind will never come back to this place.
