So glad I found this place! Perfect place for parties. All ages had a blast (loved the slides) I love the visibility- I could easily see where my kids were at all times. Very very clean and in good condition. Friendly staff and great communication. Close off the M5. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you

I went to this place today with my 2 children. They had fun even in some places I seen some left over foods which I could understand that some kids might leave it there while they playinghe equipment. What I couldn't understand is they allow a whole family came in without a mask on where a mask is mandatory for us now. I asked them why some people not have the masks on and one of the stuff said we will talk to them. I have noticed those people been there for a while and no action was taken. I grabbed my children and we left. I dissapointed how in this uncertain time where we suppose to look after each other, some people just can do what they want. I understand the stuff didn't want to make the situation uncomfortable for the visitor but they should put a firm rule where the visitor/party attendees has to follow it through. Should have talked to them once they enter the premises that everyone should wear a mask. I read how a lady approached by the manager because she brought fruits from home for her kids and their answer was a rule is a rule. Then what is this? We all know the rule now that everyone should wear a mask, and where is the manager that suppose to approach them? Please please we never know what everyone has in them self, where is the her part of look out for each other to make things better.

We recently held our son's 1st Birthday party here, having been a regular customer of this play center many years ago with my older children, nothing much has really changed aside the glow in the dark putt putt golf that has been removed. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating, however I did expect more from the platters for the adults that we ordered, they were all a bit hit and miss The golzeme (chicken/mushroom) was probably the best platter we chose Pizzas ok, large hot food platter at 82 I feel was not worth the money, 35 For seasoned wedges were o.k, unfortunately our fruit platter never arrived ( We were given the fruit in a take away container)as by the time we realised they hadn't brought the fruit platter out all our guests had left, we were told a refund was not an option, hence the take away boxes (2) I wasn't about to argue infront of my parents at my sons 1st Birthday so I just accepted the takeaway boxes. The children had fun, we had to be a little extra cautious as other parents would constantly leave the under 4 area gate open, but other than that our children enjoyed their afternoon, our party host was a young girl who was pleasant enough, but you could tell she didn't really want to be there! We will attend again because my little one liked the jumping castle and slide in the baby area...and because the owner lovely.

Great for very small kids. my 2 and half years old gets overwhelmed at monkey mania but this one is less crowded and I can see her in the play areas. there's a smaller sparate space for babies. entry comes with a complimentary coffee per adult. also they have tea cup ride inside and also 1 ride included in entry can purchase more. food is not too bad but I would say average. prices are cheap compared to similar venues
