It was a really bitter experience for me. I hired a Ute from Ingleburn RNR recently. First of all pump staff looking after the business is the most rubbish person I have ever seen in my life as they are unfriendly and harsh. The Ute they gave me hardly had any breaks and side mirror always kept moving with the wing. Obviously Ute was not roadworthy and put my life at risk. When I brought this to their knowledge they were so reluctant to react and I was told to do whatever I can and I was unable to place my complaint. I already spoke with fair trade and going to put a formal complaint against them soon. I recommend not to take any Ute from this scrupulous business people. They charge a fortune but in return of poor service.

I received a fine because of this companies incompetence. BE AWARE: Their daily rate is only for a few kms! If you want to drive more than 30km in a day then you are best to use Thrifty - They have 62.44 base rate and you can drive more than 30km in a day! Not to mention you wont receive any fines that were not your fault.
