Great service. We had both showers re - grouted and silicone replaced. Very happy with the job. Looks amazing. Abraham came on two separate days, he was very professional, on time and efficient. Zac (Called regarding the payment and support) was also very easy to communicate with and helpful. Would highly recommend this company if you need to replace shower grout and seals.

Save & Seal did a great job on our two showers. Quote was very fair in comparison to others I sourced and Zack was prepared to fit his tradesman to attend on a day that suited me. Assad who attended was on time, and worked hard to finish the two showers in a day. His workmanship and attention to detail was high and as a result we have two showers that look like new again and no longer leak. Highly recommend to use Save & Seal and you won't be disappointed.

I was sent technician Andre who did a fantastic job. He was quick, efficient and very professional. We had an issue with the initial technician and when this was raised the team responded ASAP, had Andre out the next day to fix the work. The team were easy to engage, response was fantastic and it was an ease dealing with them. For this reason I would use and recommend Save and Seal.

Really surprised by the lack of professionalism, transparency and attention to detail with Save and Seal. Despite sending someone pretty quickly (Ammid I think, who was very friendly) to assess our shower, the quality of service quickly declined. I called the business twice to follow up on the quote, which had still not been sent after a week. Days after the second follow-up call, they called to ask for our email address again! When the quote finally arrived, it listed several items but none had a corresponding price. There was simply a total (which seemed very expensive for a small shower base repair). Not only that, even though the email had included a note to remove the shower screen prior to work beginning, the quote contained a charge for doing the job!! (See photos) When I called Save and Seal to discuss my concerns and questions about the lack of transparency about costs, the customer service representative told me that Save and Seal only ever provide a total cost for a job. She said they never break down quotes or provide itemised costs for labour/parts etc. She suggested that charging for a service they explicitly said they would not provide (removing the shower screen) was a mistake of a new employee. Enough was enough for this potential customer. Call me fussy, but if I am spending thousands of dollars I want to know where my money is going.

We called to get a quote for the regrouting of our bathroom tiles. Save and seal gave us a very competitive quote, and the quality and care in their work is amazing! Our old tiles had been terribly applied with marks and 40 year old grout that were impossible to clean! Save an seal removed all the grout and the marks on the tiles, they look brand new! They did a thorough and careful job, not a single tile was scratched, cracked or damaged in anyway. We are so happy and we recommend them highly!
