Thoroughly recommend Preston Toyota to anyone looking for high quality second hand Toyota cars. Chris F was fantastic in helping me find the right car that met my requirements, offered sound advice and was incredibly friendly and helpful - he deserves 5 stars! The team dropped the ball with follow up communication but made up for it by being incredibly helpful making sure I had all the documents I needed and stayed back late so I could pick the car up after work. Well done Chris, Olga, Brooke and Danny.

I had a great experience with Chris purchasing a car when mine suddenly decided to die - great communication, easy to understand as I’d never purchased a car before, and was more than happy to speak with my dad when I was unsure of things. Brooke was also incredibly lovely. Great team and great service.

Shawn was helpful in allowing us to test drive a car and arrange a valuation of our car for a trade-in. Problem was, he did not call with a trade-in figure (as he said he would) and did not do me the courtesy of returning my calls. We bought a car from a more helpful dealer down the road. I could not recommend this dealership based on my experience, particularly if this is the way the sales manager deals with customers.

I was greeted by amazing friendly staff who guided me through the processes of obtaining our new addition to our family, our beautiful Hornet CH-R Koba. Preston Toyota had updated me on arrival time, the extra processes that I had arranged, assisted with amazing interest rates with financing and explained all the wonderful features of my new vehicle on inspection. Overall every single staff member was approachable, asking and answering all appropriate and relevant questions I had. This place is a joke, if your going to set times for picking up a car, adhere to them, don't make people wait several hours for you guys to do absolutely nothing, especially when requesting a FAST service and sitting in at the site. 5 hours for a fast service just isn't acceptable.
