I have been using Pack & Send Preston for a number of years on a personal basis to send parcels to my family interstate - the experience has been excellent, more than I expected. The follow up, promptness on arranging parcels to be picked up and value for money adds to the customer excellence. I have introduced them to my workplace and they will continue to use their service. After Australia Post couldn’t come through I went to see Sam. He was really attentive and helpful. I needed to send a package of medications to a stranded family member in remote West Africa. He did all the research while I waited and recommended the courier he thought would be most reliable. Given COVID restrictions I was prepared for the package to not arrive, but it did, in less time that we had expected. Sam gave very personal care and I would highly recommend his service.
Sam was able to send my documents for me and no hassles at all!! They arrived in Ireland in a week, everything was so easily done and convenient. After sending the same thing 3 times with australia post and NONE of them even arriving this was the best! If you need to send anything I would highly recommend using pack and send. Thanks again Sam.

We have been using Sam's service for many years, shipping fragile paintings around the world and his service is absolutely exceptional! To aid the Australian bushfire relief we waived part of our fee from the sale of an artwork and to our surprise Sam waived his fee, which was a really wonderful gesture.
