Got a survey call, initially thought it was government covid related, and shared quite a bit of my financial position. Got a follow up call, the lady was really good - my situation was well framed as paying too much tax and that I could be provided free advice on how to reduce my taxes. Was referred to a different consultant who arrived next day based on my schedule. The consultant talked about negative gearing to reduce taxes etc, and on-referred me to a property related consultation that would normally cost 250 (which they would cover). Curious about learning these things, I accepted so I guess their process of surveying, filtering out to find the right people etc worked. Overall, turned out to be a pleasant surprise and got free advice/information. 4 star because I wouldve liked to get a consult on things like trusts etc. if given a choice.

This company uses a robot to call you under the guise of a survey to get your personal details so a human can call you back later. It's completely unethical.

Absolutely genuine! As a sceptic I didn’t believe that after I completed a survey I’d be in the chance to win 1500. However I was proved wrong! We actually won, received the cheque as was promised! We couldn’t be happier!! Thank you kindly. This is 100% legitimate!

Under the guise of a government organisation to understand peoples situation during corona. Cold call. Asking for my salary and other tax things. This is bad. Hang up right away.

After receiving a phone call from iCustomer to do a survey (not sure how they got my number) I participated in the survey to assist in the cold call to discuss a "free" service, I agreed to a zoom meeting however when my partner looked into it further we decided we didn't want to go ahead. I contacted Samuel O'Riordan from active consulting to advice we wouldn't be going ahead with the meeting, he was professional in his email reply. Today however I received a rude, unprofessional call from an iCustomer employee accusing me of losing him money from not going ahead with what I was told originally to be a "free service". He was completely rude and it was uncalled for. I would now never recommend! although Samuel at active consulting was nothing but understanding and appreciative of my notice to not be progressing with the zoom meeting.

Absolutely shameful way of sourcing leads, this company disguise themselves as a Survey company as a what appeared to be a genuine survey related to the COVID19 and financial. Then they coldcall to refinance your mortgage. I will contact ACCC to report.

Don’t usually give feedback, but its not often you receive a call and and it end up being surprised with the information you received. We were looking for someone to help us with our financial situation and were looking for someone to help us with our situation and were put onto a company through the iCustomer service and we could not be happier. I can’t believe they didn’t charge us. Thanks :)
