Fix It All was recommended by a kitchen appliance store in Heidelberg. Due to December/January holiday season, we waited for an available slot. It was definitely worth the wait! We got our oven, gas cooktop & rangehood replaced and Craig did a great job. We are very satisfied with the quality of his work. Simone was nice to deal with on the phone. Craig also gave us some practical advice. I highly recommend their company. They are one of the best companies my husband and I dealt with. I recently had Craig & Damien visit our home to replace the motor in our Sirius rangehood. I can't speak highly enough of Simone and Fix-It-All. Today I rang up, ready to pay 100-200 to get someone out to fix my dishwasher. Instead, Simone talked me through fixing it myself. Giving excellent customer service instead of making a quick buck is very unusual, in my experience. I will definitely return to Fix-It-All the next time I need an appliance fixed, and you should too!
