I was quite shocked when I walked into the restaurant. I was greeted the stunning oriental interior decor. It really reminded me of Japan. There were beautiful Cherry blossoms and lanterns hanging down from the ceilings. Ordering food was very easy and we didn't have to wait long for the food. I had a vegetarian beyond plant based burger which was quite tasty and I quite enjoyed it but it wasn't that special. The one dish I really liked was the sticky toffee pudding. The warm pudding covered with warm butterscotch sauce and topped with an ice cream was delicious.

They have a very creative menu for Cocktails, however I just wish that they have more options for Mocktails for those who don't drink alcohol. The food menu is standard just like other Bar menus, and same goes with the taste and quality of the food. We were lucky enough to experience the "Happy Hour" so all drinks were half price. Really good place to catch up with friends, and also very instagrammable!

Four of us came to The Smith in Prahran on a Saturday night for dinner. We ordered two of the beer battered fish and chips and two of the chicken parma's, as well as drinks. My watermelon mocktail was very sweet and delicious. The fish was quite moist, but tasted very nice and the serving sizes were very generous - basically equivalent to that of a pub meal, only the restaurant was much more aesthetic and classy. I thought the interior decor was very cool; I particularly loved the Japanese cherry blossoms. If you want to enjoy a standard pub meal but have it in a really nice venue, The Smith is the place to go!

Cute and chic dining venue for a couple of drinks and dinner with friends on a Friday evening. At the time I went they had cherry blossom decor strung up throughout their outdoor dining atrium which added a warm and inviting ambience. The food was overall great; a bit of hits and misses. I ordered the beef pie which was pretty so-so but I tasted my partners 300g porterhouse dish and it was delectable. The 1.4kg steak dish is a bit of a gamble as you will either get little meat with a lot of fat or lots of meat with little fat. A great portion of the 1.4kg is really just the bone so I would probably only order for the novelty of it. Overall a pretty positive dining experience.

It’s beautiful inside. the steak taste just okay. My friend ordered the rump steak for medium but it tastes like medium well. My MS8 is fine but not very juicy. Buttered mash is very small portion. Grilled Halloumi is salty for me. Citrus cured salmon tastes like smoky salmon

Shocking service. Couldn’t buy a drink at the bar. Had to use the QR code to order and it took an average of about 20 mins to receive a drink after ordering. We were told last call was at like 10.45 and had to order our last drink then. We had a medium sized group and if our waiter couldn’t find out who ordered the drink he would just leave it in the general area. This lead to people not getting their drinks
