iPhone 8 Plus repairs Really great and professional service from the whole team here at Fonecast, I had to replace my screen initially in early 2020 due to dropping my phone - Nick was the first one I met and was very clear about what needed to be done, he provided options based on my budget and with the help of the other technicians gave me a realistic price and turn around time for my repairs. Following that a year later I returned as my battery needed to be replaced along with a few other issues related to water damage - Sam this time addressed the issue and made me aware again of an estimated cost of repairs that were involved, the turn around took a week as it needed to be sent away but on return my phone is like new. I thought I was going to have to bin it but they managed to save all my data, files and personal information also which I couldn’t be more happier about. Thanks you all so much for the great results. I have been to other stores in the past that have charged about the same or slightly more but also came with multiple issues that followed with the repairs for example loosely installing 3rd party/faulty screens where as Sam’s team at Fonecast ensure all there work done is without fault, with options to suit the customers budget. Thanks for everything, I couldn’t recommend them enough 10/10

Recently had my screen replaced by Nick and he had it back to me in around 90 minutes. Price was very reasonable and service is always friendly. Would definitely recommend Nick and Sam to friends and family.
Broke my phone and was really stressing about it. I walked down to a fixer further down the road but they were closed. Saw the shop front on my way back and couldn't remember if it was the place with a few 1 star reviews of "horror" stories. I decided to risk it and I'm very glad I did. Staff were very professional. If I had to nit pick I'd say the receipt getting at the end was a little slow and disorganised, and there were some tools behind the counter obviously way too big to use on phones which sparked doubts about the shops legitimacy. In the end my phone was fixed really quickly, they even fixed my camera and gave me a screen protector free of charge from salvaged parts.the upfront costs were stated clearly and the kind staff lead me through my options in a very clear manner. The receipt had no mistakes and they have legos for while people wait. which seem childish but is genius and while I'm a kid adults were also having fun. In conclusion great staff, quick fix, lego and I will definitely be going back. Thanks Sam :)

I needed help to repair an older model mobile and talked to a staff member on their phone number. It turned out that my mobile was a weird model which they did not know about, even after checking on their various systems, so they could not help without getting parts from overseas. I did not want to proceed because the phone was old but even so the staff member was very courteous and helpful, as well as super friendly. Even though my problem with this old mobile could not be resolved the experience dealing with this person was the best.
I have an older and ordinary basic entry level OPPO phone with broken screen. Other repair shops were unable to help as they couldn't get the replacement screen. Nick was able to source a new screen, reasonably priced and fixed the phone well. This is a really big shop for phone repair, selling comprehensive accessories probably for almost all sorts of phones. Very happy with the professional service. Most of all he was able to source parts other stores couldn't. Feels like one stop repair shop. Highly recommended.
It was incredible how quickly my phone was repaired. Went in with a fully damaged phone and only took 20 minutes including interruptions from other customers. Would highly recommend if you need your phone repaired immediately, thank you Sam!
