I had been to at least a dozen podiatrists and orthotic centers (both in Australia and the US) over the years but no one was giving me the customized treatment I needed. Damien, at Orthotic Specialist Centre, patiently listened to my input and addressed all the issues I was hoping my other doctors would have said sooner. Damien is an expert in the best sense of the term - and perfectly suited to fitting orthotics. Fitting the right orthotics for me definitely is not an easy task - someone has to figure out what is going on inside my shoes, without really being able to see how your feet fit into the space. Once my foot issue was described to him, he knew exactly what needed to be done. After the custom insoles were manufactured, at the follow up appointment, Damien made adjustments to further improve my insoles. If needed, during my next visited, my insoles will be further improved upon. I am a very satisfied customer. I trust that I will be happy with his care because of his experience and knowledge. He also is a caring practitioner. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of specialized orthotics.
Orthotic Specialist Centre is one of the largest operating clinics in Melbourne. The friendly staff are always able to find a solution for patients with an orthotic or prosthetic need
We're friendly, helpful and professional. Effeciant service, did everything directly through work cover so I was never out of pocket.
I broke my foot, and i was a little hesitant to go there, but i needed a moon boot asap. Staff were nice and friendly, the podiatrist was great advice. I would recommend them.
It used to be good many years ago in the 1990s i havnt been there in many years.
This company doesn't deserve any stars it is unprofessional, extremely poor customer service, poor quailty orthotic knowledge no empathy with the client, very very bad.
