Such a wonderful place and extremely caring Reception staff! Including all the vets! Sarah and Tulz have been seeing our pup for a long time; And so wonderful always with extreme care and kindness.... very easy to make bookings and also to provide quick assistance by the reception staff to get insurance paid through & lodged every time! Before you go, please think carefully. Especially when your pet need extra care. To be honest, it is really hard for me to leave this comment. The doctor seems not experienced and young, and she didn’t tell me that the cat would have stress response. So my cat scared to dead (that’s what I believed, because she didn’t explain anything to me. And she act a bit rude when carry the cat which she shouldn’t do that. ) It’s been over 3 month, but I couldn’t let it go. So I decided to leave this feedback to people who want to go there. By the way, my dog go to this vet since 2 month old, now she’s 3 yrs old which is in good health. But I will never let my dog go to this place again.
