Charging 8.80 for 1 hour using EasyPark App, then, 14.40 the next day where I was not even there. The worst app ever.
Terrible parking app. Download, checked in for one hour, got back to the car and had a ticket! Have never had a problem with PayStay, this EasyPark is far from easy park.
This company made a series of unorthorised deductions...i have never used this service unknowingly noticing there 38.00 fraudulent deductions. We are talking over 1,000.DO NOT TRUST ..
I had to speak to a customer service representative today at around 1255hrs as I wasn’t able to download the app. Rudest person, I have come across with, no help at all. With each single word, I say he kept on saying oh Jesus, oh Jesus..won’t listen to you, then his misses the digits of phone number, sometimes card number..absolutely ridiculous that people like him is employed as customer see representative. I had to remind him in between to stop shouting, very unprofessional. Asian accent person.
I am having a significant problem with the easypark when I had to query with my bank an unusual and unrecognised sum withdrawn under easypark. The bank suggested I might have been scammed and cancelled my card. Easypark made contact some weeks later suggesting I had cost them a fine for my dispute although I did not believe it was easypark that was the problem. They then deactivated my card and will not allow me to use it until I have the bank reverse the dispute and pay their costs for the inconvenience caused to them. Following several phonecalls to Manila where the call centre is and many emails I have still not had my easycard access settled and am unable to use this service. I am writing this to warn others to be wary when checking your bank accounts as you may find your self also blacklisted by this company.
Charged 17 for parking then 6 weeks latter same charge again for the same day
Signed up and downloaded the app. Went to park at Moorabbin Holmsglen today and the app said prices are yet to be determined. Had to use the machine and pay 6 instead of the advertised price. Every student on campus had the same experience. Not holding my breath for a refund. You would think they would test the app before roll out. Disgraceful
