As a health scientist I love finding practitioners that really understand the human body. I have been to many acupuncturist and by far this beautiful family run business are the best. Emily and Hugh are highly skilled. Emily used a multifaceted approach to address my health concerns, I felt cared for and am confident that my health is in the best hands. Make sure you also check out their infra red sauna and the gorgeous tea they provide its just such a great experience all round.
I’ve had treatments from both Em and Hugh at Cosm Natural Health. They truly are the best. I if you’re lucky enough to be a local in the Pottsville area I highly recommend you booking a session with them. I’ve had multiple acupuncture session with Emily through out my pregnancy and postpartum care which have assisted me through this busy season. I’ve also had a couple of Holographic Kinetics sessions which have been vital to my general well being. And they are both awesome people in general! Oh, they also have a infrared sauna which is my new addiction! Check them out!
I’d just recently started having acupuncture treatments with Emily when online options became available. I wasn’t sure what an online acupuncture treatment would look like, but I’m loving them! The online consults go into a lot of depth, and the treatment plans and instructions are so detailed and helpful to keep referring back to. Receiving my herbs and self acu pack in the mail has been amazing too - I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how effective and relaxing it’s been to have my own home treatments. I’d highly recommend online treatment if you could do with some extra support for your health and wellbeing!
Such a beautiful clinic for healing. I have had a few treatments with both Hugh & Em and they both work on an intuitive level. They helped me with my health concerns and found the underlying root cause to my pain which then after consistent treatments was all resolved. They are both beautiful and genuine human beings with a warmth to there service.
I have been putting up with sciatica for a while and have had some accupuncture treatment that did give some temporary relief. However, I started treatment here with Hugh and have had great results. I am now free of sciatic pain. Also, Hugh was able to successfully treat my carpal tunnel syndrome as well as I have had great relief for a ongoing sinus problem using Chinese medicine powder. My overall quality of life has greatly improved. Thanks Hugh.
