A lovely hot yoga and Pilates studio right in the heart of Potts Point. I’ve been a regular for the past year and couldn’t be happier. They offer several classes daily and all teachers are very competent, helpful and friendly. Plus you can easily book all your classes via app and the studio is beautiful, with a great peaceful vibe.

One Hot is one of my favourite places. I’ve been an active daily member for over a year now and love it. The fact is though, that it is not the space which makes its special - it is the instructors. Anna. Roisin. Vera. Ivan. Bec. Monica. Lara. I would follow these instructors wherever they trained so I hope the owner really understands that and looks after every one of them. I’ve seen so many studios churn their instructors because they don’t understand the value of their people. Fingers crossed this place doesn’t fall in the same category. People would leave in droves.

The facility is great. But in terms of “real yoga experience “, not so much. This is my “personal” worst yoga class in my life. The teacher played extremely loud modern music throughout the class ! And she didn’t spend much time doing the demo but just walking around and corrected people. She didn’t explain how to do a lot of really hard poses, but just went straight to do those poses. I feel a bit frustrated about this “side stream modern showing off” yoga. And in the end when I passed my feedback to her about the weirdness of having modern music in the yoga class, she didn’t even say that we are going to change or something. She just said oh yes, we play a lot of modern music in our studio. Some people like it some people doesn’t. There is nothing wrong with modern music, but combine yoga with modern music is off yoga’s original purpose of “explore a quiet and peaceful mind”.

The quality has really dropped since the change in management.

I am a new member and Roisin was very helpful on my first visit. Lovely modern space. The music was a bit loud but that was the only thing I would change. Looking forward to my next session.

I love the yoga classes here especially the Power Flow. All the instructors are really lovely and friendly. The classes are dynamic and challenging and I really like how the studio has a theme that we work with and talk through every week. Tanya and Tara are 2 personal fav teachers but all their yoga teachers are great !

Having done Hot Yoga classes at other studios in the past, I can say that this is the best I have ever been to! Wonderful and clean studio, great friendly teachers and very affordable particularly if you take up the weekly payment option (2 classes per week and you save on the casual rate option). Classes are taxing but you are allowed to work at your skill and fitness level. The sweat reminds you that you've had a grest workout with calories burning hours after you finish a class! Love it!!
