I bought drill extension bit , just used once and broken. I wanted to claim warranty. They told me that was 3 months warranty. I went to another store, was told that it should be 1 year warranty, and helped me to claim the warranty. Please be professional, don’t be lazy, don’t cheat your clients.

Shop is mickey mouse and the boys know their gear. If price and service are paramount, Sydney Tools is the place to go. Huge fan!
Bought a valve compressor in September 2020 whilst on leave to work on the car. Still waiting for it in Feb 2021. No one has bothered to follow up after I've gone in 3 times to chase up. Absolutely rubbish service, don't advertise items "in stock" if it's not or needs to be back ordered!!
Very helpful staff. They did help with exchanging wrong item after I bought it on same day. It took abit longer to refund cash payment using debit card but it work out in the end.
As a constant Bunnings customer I still like this store. They have great range and some tools that you won't find in your usual DIY srore
My beloved Milwaukee rattle gun broke its drive bit after a minimum 5 years installing precast panels, structural steel and everything else I threw at it. Take it here to get fixed and they are determined to sell me a new one. I want mine fixed, OK, 35 for inspection report. No probs, but they couldn't change a 50 note. Understandable they got no money in the till. Grabbed my rattle gun back and never want to see this place again. Bring correct weight if u wanna shop here, I'd advise you to go to a different Sydney Tool shop.
Incredible customer service at the Sydney tools Port Melbourne. They are happy to go the extra mile to find you the tool you need even if it's not in their branch.
everything is good but they forgot give me the boxingday points and sent to Blackburn about my stuff for delivery and any comments about it
