Brilliant workmanship from the Smarter Bathroom team that exceeded my expectations. I particularly want to thank Antony, my Project Manager for his diligence, keeping me informed with the progress of my kitchen and bathroom renovations from start to end and his meticulousness in Customer Service. I would highly recommend Antony as their Project Manager in their bathroom and kitchen renovations and am confident that he will not disappoint.

SB completed a kitchen and ensuite renovation for us recently. Very happy with the result. Great design input. High quality work, well managed. One component of the work didn't initially turn out like we hoped. SB went out of their way to make sure it was redone to our satisfaction. They are really committed to ensuring that their clients are happy. Would definitely use again.
Tried to book a consultation. Spoke on the phone to a condescending woman who was only interested in finding out how much I was going to spend, spoke to me like I'm a child, told me they weren't interested if I wasn't going to spend 30-35k and emailed me a blog post about how much money I should be spending. I ended up signing a contract for 36k for the bathroom with another builder who came to look at my house before making judgements and is interested in understanding my needs, not just how big my wallet is. He'll also get another 50-70k of business from me when I do the kitchen in a couple of years. Suggest trying someone else.
I met Hannah and Grace who inspected the house to give us a quote on an extension and garage conversion. The girls were lovely, very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the quoted job was way beyond our budget but we still appreciated their advice and effort for coming over so early to fit in with my schedule.
We have recently bought a house which needed significant renovation done. This essentially replaced the old laundry with a new European laundry in the garage and sweeping changes to the kitchen to incorporate the extended space in a feature construction. We also needed extensive painting to complete the works. Considering this was during the Covid-19 restrictions we expected problems. We approached several recommended companies but quickly realised that support and service from SB was significantly better than the others. The chance to get most of the work done while still under Covid-19 before we moved in meant that we had minimal problems overall. I have been highly impressed by the quality of design and the professionalism of the whole team in getting the work done. They responded promptly to all our requests and provided a schedule of works which was adhered to 100%. I have no hesitation in recommending SM to take on challenging home renovation projects and to complete on time and in budget with friendly helpful staff. What more could one hope to get. Thank you all.
Mirnes did a fantastic job project managing my new bathroom. His attention to detail and overall care and skill was outstanding and much appreciated. My build was in an older style Art Deco apartment and Mirnes tackled each obstacle with patience and professionalism. The end result is outstanding and I am very pleased!
Smarter Bathrooms have completely renovated our bathroom. We live in an apartment building on Port Phillip bay at Port Melbourne which has strict protocols for any renovation to minimise noise and inconvenience of other owners.. The team met all of these requirements as well as meeting all of the scheduled timelines. This allowed us to plan our activities during the renovation. All of the tradespeople were very professional and the supervisor was always accessible to answer any queries. We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
