Amazing products, the service is incredible and very quick in rectifying issues. I’m glad this company exists and is available for us to enjoy. I would highly recommend Santal 66. It really is a signature scent worthy for your home. My only comment (which is not a big deal) is that I wish they would also offer a free scent on diffusers purchased from the Iconic

I must admit the scents are delicious! Slightly disappointed with the settings of the scent machine. They say 165 different power and strength settings which may be true but if you want it on continuous then the lowest setting is 5 second burst every minute. You tend to go through the scent quite quickly if left on continuous which is probably how they make their bank. In my opinion they should have made a few lower/ slower options. All said and done, I would still recommend and not everyone wants on continuous.
We had a wonderful scenting system in the Singapore office and wanted something similar but easy to install for our office in Sydney. From the get-go, Scent AU made it super easy to make a decision, and was responsive and understanding when COVID-19 affected our office hours. Deceptive sales practices and poor quality products. We tried several fragrances from Scent Australia and received continuous complaints from guests and visitors. Rather than offering guidance or refunding us their goal seemed to be just to sell another canister of fragrance with each one worse than the last. Eventually the system we bought just broke after a few months use and we moved on from this bottomless pit.
My friends office smells amazing! The quality was immediately obvious by the staying power and no headache. So, I had to investigate and find some (signature smells) for myself... After a fascinating chat with the lovely staff on a visit to the Scent Australia office... I chose White Tea & Ginger (divine, fresh, elegant) ; Adventure scent (to lift my mood); and Sensual Woods (mellow afternoon or evening). The Micro Diffuser is perfect to control level of aroma diffused - discreet & occasional spray - or more often for a larger room. The only problem was narrowing down my favourite oils to just a few - easily fixed... I have a wish list for later (fig; Miami; Jardin ...). Thanks for your help - I love the new ambience/s at home.
