I've used these guys for approx 2 years for Airbnb cleaning. Cleaning standard is generally good and they are great with timing. Linen service is great and very useful. Staff are friendly but unfortunately don't yet speak English. Recently our rates are: 450 for a end of lease clean for a 45m2 apartment, concrete floors with two rugs. Quote though was 250. Standard Airbnb clean is 89 which is an excellent rate. A minor breakage recently occurred and was very promptly compensated.

New Boda Clean (NB) "End of lease clean service" as recommended by Students Housing Australia (SHA). Alex, NB quoted 180-280 plus GST for studio apartment. In his exact words " 180-280 depends on the condition. It is a package price and it is hard to give you the separate cost in vacating cleaning." He declined to give a firm quote based on man hours. Although I had already cleaned the apartment myself, I was asked to pay 280 GST (250 cleaning 30 Throw rubbish). NB should be professional in giving quotations.

I have been using domestic cleaning services a couple of times. Recently I moved out of my previous apartment and need vacate clean. Today I got my full bond back. I would highly recommend this Cleaning Company. The service they provide is excellent and they exceed my expectations every time. They always do a thorough clean and are very trustworthy and reliable
