Setup before Covid, didn't use service at all. Never received a call/used the service AT ALL. Check my bank statement 250 direct debited out of my account. (during a financial and economic crisis) Contacted customer service. No reply for 4 days, after 2 emails. Explained what happened, no compassion, no understanding. I Asked for immediate cancellation, they replied days later - told me sorry 30 days to cancel the service. Sent another email. Didn't reply yet again. Abhorrent customer service. There are plenty more 1300/1800 providers, I have used previous and I have never had problems like this. They still haven't replied to my last email. Do not recommend at all, stay away.

very poor customer service. totally unprofessional website and very confusing. doesn't worth even 1 star but don't have the choice to make this post.
Very bad experenced. Over charges us and worst thing want don't use their service anymore and still sending us invoices. No one answer the phone or call back. Issue is still current and not been solved since start of this year and doesn't look like will get solved. I recommend don't use their service. Use someone better then this company. I will be taking them to consumer affairs as why we getting charged for the service we don't use anymore. I hope it helps others to use better company.
Overpriced, poor ethics and customer service. When you call them up after being placed on hold eventually your asked to leave a message for a call back that you never receive. BUYER BEWARE Long notice period to cancel, just to squeeze a couple of extra dollars out of their customers before they leave their service to a better competitor.
Excellent support service and the free services on offer are simply brilliant. I'm very happy that I've transitioned my 1300 to EasyInBound. Highly recommend!

Stay well away from this company. Their company policy it to charge you for an additional month AFTER you cancel. Fraud pure and simple.
Service was prompt, phones answered and got to correct person who spoke Australian english, email queries were responded to in a timely manner. A very pleasant experience! Very happy Jan!!
