Unhelpful staff how were only interested in selling! No service or support. Very disappointed in Telstra across the board.

My wife and I visited the Settlement City Telstra Store in Port Macquarie and I purchased a Telstra phone from the Saturday staff of which there were only 2. When I asked him to set the phone up with a plan he told me to go to Big W and buy a sim card all you had to do was "pop it in". So being elderly, I walked down to Big W and the tech guy there told me to go back to Telstra and get to do it for me as they could set up a plan for me. When we returned to the Telstra store, there were too many in the queue waiting. So Monday morning I went to the Telstra store in Taree where the young male working there set it all up on a plan and even gave me a good easy number to remember. Thankyou Telstra Taree.
