Changed the timing of their route so as not to wake myself and other residents close to a large industrial bin emptying. Appreciate their quality service.

For first time in 13 years, the garbo missed emptying my yellow bin from a row of bins. I phoned JR Richards yesterday afternoon, and at 6.47am this morning, a truck appeared and emptied it. They have also been very accommodating over the comminity garbage arrangements on the orivate estate where I live. Couldn't be happier!

This company is pathetic, they wil do anything to avoid emptying your bin so now the people of Port Macquarie have to resort to dumping their household rubbish in the forrest or a creek. This is what you get when your local council avoids it's responsibility and contracts them out to a greedy company who only cares about getting as much money out of the residents as possible, every bin they avoid collecting is more money to add to their billions. Household rubbish is picked up once a fortnight if your very lucky so it sits out the the tropical sun with flies and maggots crawling all over it, then if you lid is up slightly or if the bin has got put sideways or for any or no reason they don't feel like emptying it , then it sits there for over a month while you take your own rubbish off to the tip or dump it in the forrest or the local creek. WHY THE HELL ARE WE FORCED TO PAY RATES when council is clearly incapable of taking care of its responsibilities?
