I have been so very impressed with the professionalism and customer focus provided by Dimi and Kim. They helped us move from a general concept of what we wanted to a very specific style solution and even came up with a design suggestion for the space we were working with, and that was all part of the service. It's not just about tiles with them but complete design solutions. I highly recommend them.

Dimi and Kim were absolutely fantastic in helping us choose the right splashback for our new kitchen. We went in with our own ideas, but Dimi was incredibly thorough, which ensured we found the perfect option for our kitchen.

The staff here give wonderful advice and have great expertise on design, matching their tiles, paversyetc to your home renovating needs. They do get extremely busy, so be patient. But once you have their fullest attention you certainly won't need to go anywhere else for tiles.

Phillips Tiles is exceptional . Dimi and Kim are absolutely amazing. Their attention to detail and ability to co-ordinate a tailored look for your budget and style is why I keep going back. I can not say enough about their service and colourful personalities. They helped co-ordinate my whole kitchen re-vamp. If you want beige go to another tile store....but if like me you want honest and up front service with smile and a laugh and even a few swear words thrown in for entertainment you will impressed like me. Yes you may wait to be served at times but that’s because their advice is second to none. If I could give them a 10 I would.
VERY disappointed in the service & language of staff. After walking in the store (Wentworth st doors) hearing a lady talking to customer (we hoped she personally knew them, still not the point) then cursing (not only once but twice) We walked to the back of the store & all around lifting tiles up etc while another lady was sitting at desk. Their was no acknowledgement of us what so ever, not even a smile! No door buzzer to let them know someone walked in the doors. I was recommend by a friend but I have to say I will not be returning.
