Can’t fault the service. Even when they are extremely busy they always are one step ahead of their competitors. I’ll never look back at other cheaper laundry companies that promise the world and end up letting me down months later costing my hotel money. Thanks team Alsco

Wow , have had drama's with Alsco Pt Kembla in the past , but this one takes the cake , we haven't had them collect/deliver from us for 2 weeks now , my staff as of 2 days ago were using overalls that were filthy dirty & stunk due to the extremely high temps of late , so yesterday i ring Alsco & the women on the phone takes our details says she'll check as to whats going on & ring me back , an hour later she rings back , says that our delivery will get done today 11/1/19 no apology or anything fancy like that , well its now Saturday 12/1/19 & still no sign of them , i'm just on my to a local laundry in Nowra now with our collection of dirty stuff to spend the afternoon washing them , will need to buy a few tins of spray to add to the overalls to get the grease out i expect !. Bloody good way to spend my whole 1 1/2 days off per week i must say , Alsco better be ready for a gob full Monday morning i tell ya , unfortunately i've had to rate 1 star to be able to post this review but honestly they are not even worth a 1/2 star , its sort of hard to fault their customer service i guess when there appears to be no actual customer service !!!
Stay away from this circus. They will leave you washing linen on weekends because the driver didnt show/didn't submit your forms or they outright lie - saying they arrived at given times when your CCTV shows exactly opposite. Commumication is non existant. In 4 months I've never had a call from my account Manager.
