Do not shop at this business!!! Scammers!! I had purchased 5 blocks of 2kg block of ice and when I came home and weighed it they were 1.2 kg in weight. I contacted the owner of the business she didn’t care at all and refused to do anything about it. Customer service is absolutely appalling, you will go bankrupt with this sort of service. Greedy scum, got absolutely ripped off

Never shop at this business ever again! I had an appointment for 2pm which the owner arrived 35 mins late for!! Very unprofessional behaviour! Owner did not provide me with an invoice even when I had requested one multiple times! They only except cash aswell.. very dodgy. Save yourself the trip! The dry ice is the size of a small brick and 20!!!!! Terrible customer service, horrible lady I had dealt with!!! Never returning to this business again!
It's a great place to go for one-off purchases of dry ice for parties weddings or the classroom. The pellets are the smaller ones so they are easy to scoop out/ handle. The prices are pretty good, I got a couple kg which was plenty plus a foam box to keep them in for about as much as you'd pay for a pub meal so that's a win. Staff are lovely and answered all my questions, gave extra info on directions and provided some advice on how to handle it. I got mine in winter so inside the box, the 1kg we had left over lasted overnight and we actually had some the next day at midday to use again

They are "open by appointment" which means you will have to ring ahead to arrange a pick-up time, however they are quite flexible with these times. They are the recommended supplier of many entertainment hire companies in Adelaide.
Rang three days ahead of needing the dry ice to make sure they would have supply for an event. I was told I would be able to arrive and collect when I was ready no problems, and that I didn’t need to preorder any. Went to collect a couple of days later only to be told they were out of stock. Then I was told that I should have preordered as they don’t carry unlimited stock. Really!? That’s why I called three days before. Poor service and poor communication. Now I am left in the lurch for an event!
