Lovely staff who were engaged and keen to help me and my matron of honour find a dress. They had a lovely selection of dresses and took our needs and wants into consideration when helping us choose dresses. We found our dress very quickly but the staff were happy for us to try on a few more dresses just to be safe. They gave us kind and honest feedback and I appreciate that very much. The staff are a credit to the studio, well done xx do consider a visit here when you're looking for a dress for your special day!

Bridal Fusion was the first dress shop I stepped into, after 2 weeks of getting engaged. I had a vague idea of the dress I wanted but had no set ideas. Mascia listened to me and the second dress she put me in was my dress!! It made me feel a million dollars even though it was too small (I was that bride determined to fit into the dress haha). My alteration was only to be hemming, and the initial hemming wasn’t quite right but Mascia had it fixed promptly. My last fitting occurred 2 weeks out, and I’d ending up losing too much weight and the bodice now needing taking in.. before I had a chance to breakdown Mascia took control and had it ready in .. FOUR hours for me!! Amazing service and Mascia is just a pleasure to deal with, so down to earth and friendly - I hope as your business is booming you will always have a presence in the store. Thanks 100 million times over for my amazing dress!!!
Mascia is AMAZING honestly she doesn't need a long review, all I want to say is don't bother going anywhere else... Mascia is the one to go to.
Great for wedding dresses, not so much in formal wear... Although that's a sign of the times at the moment. In reply: I did visit your encore store today, beyond disappointing, left this out of the initial review as association between stores may have been cruel. PA store is worth a visit. Paynham/Encore? What a waste of time. Cannot believe staff recommend I re-visit after finding it closed on Monday.
Bridal Fusion is a lovely and cozy bridal shop in a quiet suburb, and has many variations of wedding dresses with various budgets to choose from. Mascia helped me to decide on a dress and tailored the design to my preference (i.e. swapping out the belt which was the only part of the dress i didn’t really like). The dress was made of high quality material and felt very comfortable the entire day. Would highly recommend! ️
Excellent service from a buzzing team, willing to do anything to assist. Complimentary coffee and cake at the nearby crepe cafe was an excellent touch. It gave us some clear air time to decide that BFM was definitely for us. Thanks for accomodating in every facet of our decision-making. Your gererosity has been recommended!!
